My work begins with the needs and vision of each community. From the first conversation and drawings through the selection of wood, construction and finishing, I create one-of-a-kind liturgical furnishings designed specifically for the space in which they will serve.

I work primarily in fine hardwoods, allowing the natural character of the wood to become part of the design. Each piece is individually crafted with an emphasis on proportion, durability and quiet beauty.

Above all, liturgical furnishings should support the sacred environment rather than compete with it. My goal is to create work that serves the celebration of the liturgy naturally and gracefully—and is made to endure for generations.
